The livingroom is equiped with an air conditioning  fireplace,nice flatscreen television, DVD, stereo and nice furniture. From the covered naya you will enjoy a breathtaking view to the Mediterranean, the town of Moraira and its surroundings. Both bedrooms on this level are equipped with an air conditioning.

The lower level which you can reach via the outside staircase has another naya with outside kitchenette with fridge, BBQ and microwave. Inside you will find another 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and aircon and another one with a single bed and a cot, also an airconditioning and lots of toys for the childeren to play with

The south-easterly orientation of the property and its garden will guarantee many pleasurable hours in Spain’s sunshine. For those who prefer it somewhat cooler you can relax and enjoy the shade under both naya’s and the toldos.

This house does not have a private swimming pool. Instead it offers a very large and well maintained community pool at approx. 30 meters distance. You can park your vehicle at the property’s private parking space right next to the front door.

The villa is equiped with Wifi. For our smaller guest we have a special room filled with toys, dolls and books.

1 small pet is allowed.

Although the house is located in a quiet urbanisation, the usual holiday amenities are not far away. Within a 4 minute drive you’ll find yourself in the heart of Moraira and the beach of Ampolla.

The rent includes consumption of 125 kWh of electricity per week. The surplus kWH used will be reconciled with the safety deposit at €0,25 per kWH.

During the winter period from November until March rental price is excluding gas and electricity


Should you like to go ahead with the reservation, a deposit of 25% by bank transfer is required. Once the deposit has been received, the reservation becomes legally binding. The balance should be received not later than 4 weeks before your arrival. Please see the terms and conditions.
