This comfortable and attractive villa is located in the quiet residence 'El Alcázar', in Moraira. There is only one access road to the villa (a cul-de-sac). Villa Herrera is located against a slope, giving you beautiful wide views over the valley, the 'Peñon de Ifach' in Calpe, the 'Sierra de Bernia' and the Mediterranean Sea. The large living room with full dining kitchen is on the top floor. From the living room you access the upper terrace of over 40 m2. Here you will find a dining table with 6 chairs and two lounge chairs. Part of this terrace is also covered. From this terrace, also in the evening, you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the lights across the valley. Plenty to see on a balmy summer evening. The entire upper floor is served by air conditioning (hot/cold). The complete kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, a juicer, kettle, coffee makers, blender, oven dishes and plenty of crockery is provided. On this floor there is another storage room and a separate guest toilet. Stairs lead down from the living room. On this ground floor are the three double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1:
The master bedroom features a double bed, two spacious built-in wardrobes and its own en-suite bathroom, which has a walk-in shower, toilet and an open vanity with plenty of space to store your things. The beds' box-spring mattresses have different firmnesses, hard and medium. The beds can also be used as 2 single beds. Please indicate what you would like when booking. The master bedroom is adjacent to the covered terrace. The patio doors and stairs take you to the lovely swimming pool with large terrace in no time.

Bedroom 2:
This bedroom has 2 single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. The box spring mattresses of these beds also vary in hardness, just like in the master bedroom. The beds are on castors so it is easy to move the beds around. All wheels have brakes.

Bedroom 3:
The smaller bedroom has 2 separate beds, with box-spring mattresses again with different hardnesses. The separate beds can be put against each other. There is also a spacious wardrobe. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Bedroom 1 & 2 are spacious enough to add a camp bed. There is a camp bed in the villa, but please bring your own bed linen.

Bathroom 2:
The large bathroom offers plenty of comfort. Besides a bathtub and toilet, there is a walk-in shower with rain shower and a separate traditional shower head. Also here is an open vanity with plenty of storage space.

On the bedroom floor you will find the "laundry room" with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. You can also store your dirty laundry here. From the bedroom floor, a door leads to the covered terrace with outdoor kitchen. Here are two lovely wicker lounge chairs with footstool and a large dining table with chairs. The summer kitchen is equipped with BBQ, dishwasher, fridge and TV. You can turn this outside to watch TV from the terrace. From the covered terrace, three steps lead down to the beautiful terrace with its lovely swimming pool with outdoor shower. The surface of the terrace is about 80 metres. Four sunbeds are at your disposal to sunbathe or enjoy a siesta.

The pool measures 8 by 4 metres, is 2 metres deep at its deepest point, and has a walk-in staircase for easy exit from the water. To the side of the garden is a terrace with covered pergola with a lounge set. A clothesline for hanging laundry is at the side of the house. If you come in summer, you hardly need the living room and kitchen upstairs, so to speak. If, on the other hand, you come in winter, the underfloor heating throughout the villa will serve you well. So you can also spend the winter in comfort at Villa Herrera.

The proximity to the beach, places to shop, opportunities for sports and places to go out makes this a suitable villa for your holidays in Spain with family or friends.

Arrivals after midnight and departures before 6AM will be subject to a surcharge of € 35,= per event.
Pets are not allowed into the property, unless agreed to in writing.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. When smoking outside please dispose of ashes and cigarette butts. Always be on guard regarding fire hazard, especially in summer.
There is a possibility that the supply of electricity, water, satellite- and internet signal is suspended or interrupted for short or longer periods.
Changes of a technical nature taken by some satellite tv operators, may prevent some or all television channels to be received.
The bandwidth of the internet connection (where applicable) may fluctuate and cannot be guaranteed.
A baby cot and a high chair can be made available against a fee.
Upon departure, the property will be left in a proper state. All items shall be put back to their original positions.
Upon departure the tenant is requested to collect the used bedding, towels and kitchen textiles, and leave these in an orderly fashion near the front door.
Upon departure, used crockery and kitchen utensils are to be washed, dried and stored in the appropriate locations.
Upon departure the tenant shall deposit all garbage and other waste in the waste dump locations on the public road.
If the agent finds that items have not been put back in their original location, and/or if the house isn’t in a proper state, and/or waste is left, and/or the barbecue is not cleaned after use, the landlord is entitled to charge additional (cleaning) costs and to reconcile these with the safety deposit.
The villa, its inventory and the grounds will be checked after departure of the tenant.
The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days of departure by bank transfer, under reconciliation of: a) any additional consumption of electricity; b) any damages and/or missing items; c) any surcharges.
