NOTE: The house has only just been purchased.  The photos do not completely match the description at this moment. The house will be fully furnished in April and will be ready for rent from MAY 2019. This villa is located on the outskirts of Moraira and Benissa, in the urbanization San Jaime, a few minutes from the golf course and a supermarket. The beach and the town of Moraira are only 3km away from El Viaje de la MARIPOSA. In Moraira you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops, both in the village and spread out in the hilly surroundings of this, originally, fishing village. Moraira has 2 beaches (and many bays) and in the mountainous surroundings of the city you can walk and cycle. The environment is beautiful green with alternation between valleys and mountains.
Moraira lies exactly between Valencia and Alicante, with in between Dénia, Benidorm, Jávea, Calpe, Altea, … so a lot of variation of culture, nature, sun, beach and the Mediterranean sea.

“EL VIAJE DE LA MARIPOSA”
At the front of the house there is space to park up to 2 cars. The entire house is equipped with with double glazing.  And  free WIFI throughout the house !!!
The floor of the house is fully tiled. Hot water and heating (in winter) through central heating boiler.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas hob with an oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric citrus press, coffee maker, espresso machine, a food processor with blender, mixer, chopper, … But there is also a dining table for 4-10 people. To protect you from unnecessary bagging with full suitcases, you will have a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron at Mariposa Blanca. A drying rack is also available.
Both bathrooms (ground floor and 1st floor) are equipped with a shower, sink and very extensive storage for toiletries and of course a toilet.
The bedroom on the 1st floor is very spacious and has access to balcony and has a double bed (180×200), a spacious closet and radiator. Second and third bedrooms are on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160×200), closet and radiator. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds (each 90×200), closet and radiator. ALL bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The sofa bed in the living room offers an option for 2 additional sleeping places. The LED TV has satellite channels in Dutch, German, English, Spanish, … The living room has air conditioning and radiators.
Our outdoor spaces are comfortably furnished. In front of the sliding door from the kitchen, a roof will be realized to take the kitchen into the outdoor space and create a shade with a dining area. For example, outside breakfast, lunch and dinner will be possible, more than 9 months of the year.
The garden is located on the south. It is a large cozy garden with lots of Mediterranean plants in beautiful colors. The “front garden” is higher than the rest of the garden, to the right of the carport. Through a staircase you enter the lower garden that offers complete privacy. Here is the pool next to the cozy Mediterranean plantation.
The garden will be equipped with various seating options and also several sunbeds. So plenty of relaxation options!
The shadow corner that can be seen on the photos at this moment, will be extended and will be provided with a spacious lounge corner.
And do you feel like lighting the BBQ? Then you can certainly, because there is a BBQ present!
And of course the swimming pool! The private pool is “kidney-shaped” and about 8x4m in size. You enter the swimming pool via roman stairs. The depth of the pool gradually increases to 180cm. There is also a stainless steel pool ladder. Of course, an outdoor shower can not be missed. This is equipped with hot water!

Final cleaning: € 145,=
Safety deposit: € 500,= (this will be repaid within one week after your departure at the latest – provided there are no damages)
The rent includes consumption of 125 kWH of electricity per week. The surplus kWH used will be reconciled with the safety deposit at €0,28 per kWH.


Should you like to go ahead with the reservation, a deposit of 25% by bank transfer is required. Once the deposit has been received, the reservation becomes legally binding. The balance should be received not later than 4 weeks before your arrival. Please see the terms and conditions.
