On the upper floor you will find information about living room, dining room and kitchen a small utility room , a guest toilet , two bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms (daylight) and the main terrace. Due to the hillside location means that even from the lower floors have a magnificent views of sea and mountains. You will also find two bedrooms and two bathrooms with natural light and two further terraces. The beautiful pool area (8 x 4 with built-in stairs ) offers comfortable sun beds, a sitting area and an outdoor shower (hot and cold). More seating areas are located on the other terraces around the house.

From almost every room you can see the sea and the mountains. At both levels there is underfloor heating in the two upper bedrooms air-conditioning and all bedrooms and baths are mosquito screens on the windows. The house is situated in a large, well-tended by the gardener garden with pine trees, bougainvillea and oleander. Parking is available in front of and on the grounds. Despite the quiet location to shopping, restaurants, banks, doctors and pharmacy are within easy walking distance. An idyllic bay is also reachable on foot in 15 minutes (car : 3 minutes)

The rent includes consumption of 150 kWH of electricity per week. The surplus kWH used will be reconciled with the safety deposit at €0,28 per kWH.


Should you like to go ahead with the reservation, a deposit of 25% by bank transfer is required. Once the deposit has been received, the reservation becomes legally binding. The balance should be received not later than 4 weeks before your arrival. Please see the terms and conditions.
